Wednesday I was home alone and decided to give it a try and get the hiccups
myself. I thought it wouldn't hurt if nobody could see or talk to me. I tried
burping on purpose, eating pepper sauce and leaning onto my stomach but it
didn't work. Once I felt as I were going to get them, you know, this pressure on
my stomach but it was wrong. I thought that if I could get them I would try and
record them and send it to the list! Then when I was loading the washing machine
I let a loud one out! But it was only one! And I guess I have prevented others
from coming cause I'm so used to! You know, I can't stand having the hiccups.
Ever! But I wished to try.

I remember that when I was a child I usually got the hiccups from laughing too
much. I would get them still now, but I've learned how to prevent them from
coming or from going on. They don't seem very arousing when it's me who has
them. Even if I look at a mirror or so... Does it happen to you, too?
